SPALLING WORK CONTINUES AT WCC

Thank you for your patience during our building   repair work this past month.  Despite the nose, dust and re-routing to the restrooms, everyone has been very cooperative as we try to make our building safer.  Mahalo so much!

A  big mahalo to Seal Masters Hawaii for donating their services for this project.  Our building looks great!  Mahalo again!

ALOHA, GOLDIE

Goldie Wong, WCC’s Office Clerk, will be leaving us on September 28th to return home to New York for new adventures.  While she has been with our office just a short time, she has made significant contributions to our office operations.  We wish her well in her new endeavors and will miss her!

In the meantime, we are recruiting a replacement for Goldie as soon as possible.  It may take a while due to the high competitive job market, so please be patient with us.  Please refer your friends, children, grandchildren to apply!

 MEET OUR FRONT OFFICE STAFF

Please join us in welcoming Mutsumi Taki-Powell as our new Account Clerk.  She also assists with front office and membership requests.  She was raised in Tokyo, Japan and has lived in many different places in Japan, U.K. and U.S.  She is interested in the mystery of the mind, universe, astrology and speaks fluent Japanese.  We’re fortunate to have Mutsumi on board!

Joyce Fukata is our Office Manager and assists with Payroll, Personnel and Property Management assignments.  She also assists with member’s requests and general office oversight.  She is attending UH as a part-time student to pursue her goal of being a professional translator.  She has a 7 year old “spoiled rotten” female Maltese named Shenna who rules their house.  Joyce also loves to read, travel, work out at the gym and hopes to return to golf soon.                                Please say hi to our great front office staff!
