Fitness & Dance Classes

We have a variety of classes to get your body moving no matter what level of fitness you're at. Exercise and dance help support heart health, increase muscle strength, build bones, enhance balance and flexibility, lower stress, and help us stay socially connected when we do it together.
We're here to move with you, support you on your fitness journey, and have lots of fun while we're at it!
