Come to August 22 Fundraiser

Beyond the picturesque palm trees, sunsets, and surf of Waikiki, there’s a community that depends on support, connection, and care—and the nonprofit Waikiki Community Center is right at the heart of it all.

Every year, the Center brings together hundreds of generous people for its annual event called the Waikīkī Lights Gala—a night of live music, great food, and good company, all for a great cause. The August 22 event will feature and silent and virtual auction, live entertainment, music and a gourmet dinner. But this isn’t just another fancy party. It’s a night that helps to change lives.

So, What’s the August 22 Gala For? Funds raised from the gala go directly toward:

• Preschool for local keiki

• Wellness programs for kūpuna

• Food, resources, and community services for ohana in need

WCC has served those who live in Waikiki and all of its surrounding neighborhoods as well as so many all across Oahu who rely on its programs and services since 1978. This event helps keep those vital programs running.

Our theme this year is RENEW - a nod to the spirit and transformative power that happens people come together to take care of each other and help our community's most vulnerable thrive. Waikiki Community Center relies entirely on the generosity of community support to run its programs and services. It's a local, homegrown nonprofit of and for Hawaii's people.

Table sponsorship are available at $5,000, $7,500 and $10,000 and offer seating for 8 and a bevy of benefits. Individauls tickets may be available if space permits at $700 a seat.
